At PEL Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tech isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PEL Electronics account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
